Recently remodeled 2 bedroom 2 baths with appliances included, washer and dryer, stove and refrigerator. This home does not have a garage or any outside storage. We do not allow any animals. Exceptions are registered service animals.
The renter is responsible for electricity, gas, and sewer. The owner pays for lawn care and trash.
