Trampolines, Waterbeds, Aquariums, Kerosene Heaters, and Swimming Pools are not allowed on the premises.

If I am not accepted by the landlord, I agree that all hold fee money will be refunded, unless false information is given then the hold fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. I state that this application is complete, accurate, and true and I give permission for Down Homes Rentals,LLC or its authorized agents, employees or managers that are working as contractors, personal and credit information to verify all information, including, but not limited to, contacting creditors, obtaining criminal records, contacting current and former landlords, employers, and any reference whether listed or not, at the time of the application and at any time in the future, concerning any agreement entered into with Down Home Rentals, LLC. I hereby authorize anyone contacted to release the employment, personal and credit information of the undersigned applicant to Down Home Rentals, LLC or its authorized agents, at any time, for the purpose of entering into and continuing to offer or collect on any agreement and/or credit extended. If any false information is provided, it will constitute grounds for rejection of this application, Down Home Rentals, LLC may, at any time, immediately terminate any agreement entered into in reliance upon misinformation given on the application. I also authorize the owner to release any information I have provided and any information regarding my rental history. I recognize and authorize Down Home Rentals,LLC or its agents, to investigate information regarding my character, general reputation, personal character references, mode of living and credit standing and a full disclosure of pertinent facts may be made to the owner.
